“We really have bent towards looking at things from a perspective of business growth. The principals involved have been around long enough to realise that most businesses don’t want a long-winded marketing plan that is likely to sit in the top draw. Most of our clients want something that is tangible, can be easily executed and will show progressive results. Our Marketing Directors share this vision as well, to get companies moving in what is a difficult environment. So, if you’re in the business of growth, then please get in touch. We start everything off with a free Discovery Launchpad, a quick analysis of where your business is right now.”
Our founding team has a wealth of international marketing and business experience, and strategic marketing expertise that has added significant value to Australian and New Zealand businesses over the past three decades.

Garret Norris

Garret is a highly effective business engineer who has a proven track record in working on businesses to improve
• gross margin and revenue,
• horizontal and vertical marketplace penetration,
• pipeline development and management,
• disciplined and strategic staff appointment, deployment, performance management and training.
He brings with him extensive highly developed skills in sales, marketing, negotiation and people and contract management.

Beginning in 1988 with a Diploma in Hotel Management earned in Dublin, Garret worked in the hospitality industry in the UK for the three years and then moved to sales and sales management with Financial Modeling International (FMI), a niche software development company, in the early nineties. After taking this company’s revenue from $AUD 0 to $AUD 5.2M p.a. in three years, he was approached by Computerland UK where, as sales director of the training division, he
• secured and successfully managed for Computerland the largest services contract they had landed to that point; this was with Price Waterhouse Coopers and required the seamless integration of IT systems and staff arising from the merger of Price Waterhouse and Coopers, and
• grew the gross margin of the services division of Computerland UK from £ 0 to £ 2.8M p.a. at the point of its listing on the UK stock exchange.

Upon arrival in Australia, he transferred his membership of the UK Institute of Directors to the Australian Institute of Company Directors and was instrumental in securing contracts with Westpac, Telstra and IBM.
He was then engaged by “The Marketing Department” where he developed the client services department for their below the line marketing division. During the five years of this engagement, the business experienced 24% compounded year on year growth (120% in total) arising from efficient management and the acquisition of many large contracts including Telstra, Sony, EA Games and Paramount Pictures. During this time, Garret completed the public speaking program of the Australian Institute of Management and the effective leadership and mentoring program with Leading Initiatives Worldwide.

Jesse Tale

Jesse is a brand creation specialist, with practical application into growing and scaling SMBs. Recently, as one of the major owners in a Pharma tech company, he grew the business from something that started with a just a few $'000s in revenue, to a multi million dollar venture. It was recently sold.

He has the skill that many of our clients lack, that is matching successful product development to customer value proposition, so that growth is always slightly ahead of the customer cycle curve, not behind it. Jesse also sits across the sales effort as well, and competently puts frameworks in place that enable businesses to successfully manage sales performance.

Aside from strategic development, once setup, Jesse will set about delivering on the promise using a very hands on approach. That means for our clients, that we can expect the outcomes we forecast in the strategy, to be executed with competence in the delivery.
